1. Club registration is binding.

2. Club is to be paid in full at the time of registration.

3. Cancellations must always be made by e-mail to becky@language-clubhouse.com, simply not attending the club does not correspond to canceling the club. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation. Please remember to make a cancellation so we can give the club seat to the next one in the queue.

4. If you cancel your club spot, unfortunately, in case of cancellation, the club fee will not be refunded.

5. In the event of a club cancellation, we aim to replace the canceled one, as soon as possible.

6. The person registering the child is obliged to pay the participation fees of the participants he/she has registered.

7. The person registering the child is responsible for the accuracy of the information.

8. If more than one child is participating from the same family, each must be registered on a separate form.

9. The clubs must mainly have at least six children in order to be organized. If the club is canceled by the organizer, the customers will be notified as soon as possible and the club fees will be returned to the account specified by the customer.

10. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email (as soon as we have processed it, usually on the same day). Confirmation comes whenever the registration is successful.

11. If there are vacancies for those in the queue, the club will not be organized for any reason or changes will occur, they will be notified by e-mail.

12. If you need to make changes to your registration, please contact the office by email: becky@language-clubhouse.com, do not fill out a new registration form.

13. In case of cancellation and problems contact becky@language-clubhouse.com immediately.

14. The registration form asks for permission to describe and publish. The visual material taken in the activities is used to document the activities of Language Clubhouse English clubs, as well as in brochures, magazine articles and electronic publications prepared for communication and marketing purposes. In addition, the media may sometimes need footage. The Personal Data Act requires that the consent of the subject be obtained for the publication of a person's image. On behalf of the minor, consent is given by his or her guardian. We comply with applicable legislation and ethically acceptable principles when using and publishing imagery, and we also require this from the media.
